Last month I posted A Tarot Reading for an Unknown Sitter, and enjoyed doing it so much, that I decided to do it at the beginning of each month. So, here is the reading for February…
Disclaimer: A tarot reading is for entertainment purposes only. It is not a replacement for any form of professional advice or counselling, and I take no responsibility for whatever readers choose to do with the information below.
Does this reading speak to you? Do you think this reading was meant for you? There is, of course, the chance that this reading doesn’t resonate with any of my blog readers, and that’s OK.
The following cards were drawn for the reading: (it is a general reading, focused on the month ahead)
Three of Swords (reversed) When drawn reversed, the Three of Swords can indicate upheaval and disorder, probably as a result of stress. At this time, frustration may be felt as things are perceived to be not going to plan. For a while you may have to restrain yourself from setting deadlines and making arrangements, but know that this will not last indefinitely. When upright, this card is one of heartache. Subsequently when reversed, this period of heartache is thought to be at an end. Forgiveness is the key to moving forward, and leaving the past behind you.
Prince of Swords Change is in the air. Atmospheres move from being stale and stagnant, when no forward movement could be made, to one of progress and advancement. Have confidence in yourself and your ideas, and don’t look back. Make a decision and stick with it.
The Chariot This card indicates that hard work and struggle is about to be rewarded. It speaks of the great mental strength and discipline possessed by this person; that sheer determination has brought them to the brink of success. Victory, it appears, is on the horizon, and what you will have learnt on the road to reaching it will make you stronger.
Princess of Pentacles Indicates that there is some good news regarding the things of the physical: money, status, home or family. Also a new idea is set to take root; the foundations for a new project or phase are looking strong and stable, suggesting a great platform to build upon.
The High Priestess reminds you to trust your intuition and instincts at this time. She asks you to use the gifts that you were born with; put them to good use, for yourself and perhaps others if you are so moved. Things that are hidden from you will soon be uncovered. She is an inspiring force, asking you to look beyond that which is visible on the surface, to go deeper and see why lies beyond.
Well, that is the reading. I hope that it might be of use to someone, but if not, I enjoyed doing it! 🙂 Any questions, please don’t hesitate to drop me an email (email@example.com) and I can email you the full reading.
Wishing you the Brightest of Blessings,
Most definitely helpful! Thank you!! 🙂
It would make sense to look deeper at my future. Stuff is beginning to take shape now career-wise, through an inspiring abundance of volunteer opportunities (seriously, things were so stagnant before that I couldn’t find unpaid work… yeek!).
So, awesome! I love this idea. Another blogger I follow does something similarly intuitive and I find these sorts of things very rewarding for the blog-audience. This was an especially wonderful one I’d like to share: http://cauldronsandcupcakes.com/2013/01/04/emerging-from-the-chrysalis-your-butterfly-oracle-for-2013/
Thanks for your comment and glad you enjoyed the reading. I was in a quandry as to whether or do it not, but in the end I did it because I enjoy doing the readings 🙂 I will definitely check this link out soon. I am glad to hear things are taking shape for you. Wishing you every success and happiness, Sammi
Thanks for that – again I did feel as if it was aimed at me – I hope you are having a lovely February so far. I look forward to your posts so much. Brightest Blessings

Well they were all saved on my old computer, so I will have to re-gather them. I posted a link on how to make them. However I did not make these but merely copied and pasted them.
Thank you for doing this reading! I also found some things that I can take home with me!
I’ve been wanting to do these sort of general readings on my blog too! Just a little unsure of my ability to do so….
Please continue..these will be great for those that read your blog 🙂
